Refund policy

30-Day Trial

We want you to feel the difference. Every Loosen massager comes with a 30-day trial from the date of delivery — if it's not for you, send it back for a full refund.

How it works

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, email us at support@getloosen.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Loosen arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, contact us at support@getloosen.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible after purchase. We can cancel orders that haven't yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies instead.
